Paws 4 A Cure Walk on May 31
Don’t miss the 2nd Annual Paws 4 A Cure Canine Cancer Walk, which will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Lake Quanapowitt in Wakefield, MA. The registration tent will be at the gazebo on Main Street and open at 12:30. The registration fee is $20 online or by mail and $25 on the day of the walk. All donations are tax deductible.

Also, note, that for 2009, Paws 4 A Cure has started the Huggable Program.
The Huggable program will provide new stuffed animals to dogs that have to stay overnight at the veterinary hospital and also to outpatient surgery patients. The stuffed animals will provide a sense of comfort when the dogs are away from home and they get to take their new buddy home with them.
There will be a box at the walk if you would like to donate a new stuffed animal to be donated to the Huggable Program.
